If you are like most people you have money in your RRSPs and 401k’s that isn’t doing very much. You may even be losing money.
It’s tough to generate wealth and secure your retirement when your returns cannot even beat inflation!
That is why we have launched our investment fund. In Canada, it is an RRSP eligible mutual fund trust that will be buying undervalued U.S real estate and tax liens. The return for investors is 6.25% paid yearly PLUS a 70/30 profit split (70% for the investors).
The fund puts investors first- IE we make our money from the 70/30 profit split. If you don’t make money we don’t make money and we feel it’s just essay writing for money the right thing to do. We can all make money together without the need for greed.
