Our student Konstantin from Calgary just purchased a house worth $40,000 at a tax deed auction for only $13,000!
The property is located in a good area with old houses being torn down and replaced with nice big brick houses.

Our next three day tax deed tour is: August 5th to 7th and spaces are filling up quickly.
You will spend three days with our team in the field learning the ins and outs of how to purchase tax deeds.
On the first day of the tour we will meet at the hotel and spend a full day in the classroom where we will go over the due diligence steps, how to review the property lists etc. You will also meet our power team (property managers etc.)
On the second day of the tour we will drive around Houston and look at between 12-25 properties that are going to auction.
On the third day we will attend an auction where you will have a chance to bid on the properties you have seen.
By the end of the tour you will have the team and the knowledge to successfully invest in Texas Tax Deeds.
The cost of the tour is $4997 plus 5% GST (flight and hotel not included). You should be able to recoup the training costs after you do your first deal.
